Because without internet we can not complete our daily task like if we want to go to office we book taxi on internet, in lunch we want to had something we order online even though sometime we complete office works sitting at home.
Good news for Internet Users they can enjoy free internet service. All telecom companies are putting 1 million public Wi-Fi across India.
Now mobile users will be able to enjoy the internet for free. From next year every street will get public Wi-Fi hot-spots. Anyone can access Wi-Fi in their city or region by logging into these public Wi-Fi networks. Relief is that there will be no re-variation of this again.
Cellular Operators Association informed that all telecom companies are preparing to set up such public Wi-Fi, where any public Wi-Fi can roam anywhere in the city after logging in once. For this, the Department of Telecom has teamed up with the Ministry of Home Affairs (Home Ministry) in which a plan will be given to more than 10 lakh Wi-Fi by the end of this month.
The government telecom company BSNL has installed 44 million people, which is about 4.4 million Wi-Fi hot spots installed in more than 100 countries. BSNL’s hot spot can be accessed in international flights and railway along with many foreign companies. For this, users have to download BSNL app.
In order to use these public Wi-Fi users, users have to put up top ups of Rs 15 to Rs 100. Public Wi-Fi users can use it for free within 15-30 minutes of the start. After this, users have to top-up. Apart from this, private companies like Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Reliance Jio are also setting up more than 10 lakh Wi-Fi hotspots.
TRAI has been approved by the Indian Telecommunication Regulatory Authority for public data office aggregator. These public data aggregators will be installed in the same name as the data office, just like the telephone booth.
